Notifications and Display Preferences
Choose which alerts you get and how the app looks for you.
Notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications. Changes save automatically.
- Channels: Email, Call, Message (WhatsApp and SMS) and Activity. Mute any you don't want; Unmute later.
- Notification Quiet Hours: a time zone, start and end time when you don't want to be notified.
- Activity Reminders: 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour before an activity.
- Daily AI Summary (admins only): an email every morning at 8:00 with the conversations the AI handled, escalations, bookings and knowledge gaps from the last 24 hours.
The bell in the top bar shows your unread notifications.
Theme and Density
Settings > Theme Preferences:
- Appearance: Light, Dark or System. It follows you on every device.
- Display Density: Comfortable, Compact or Dense, or your company's default.
Available for Calls
In your avatar menu, Available for calls controls whether incoming calls can ring you. More options are in Settings > Call Settings.
