Welcome: Find Your Way Around
A quick tour of the menu and the top bar so you can find your way around.
This page shows where everything is, so you can get going in a few minutes.
The Left Menu
- Home, Inbox, Calendar, Boards: your day-to-day work.
- Sales: Pre-Leads, Leads, Customers and Lead Generation.
- Marketing: Campaigns, Surveys and Reporting.
- Workspace: the Agent (your AI assistant's work) and Settings.
You only see the parts your role allows. If a page is missing, see Roles and Permissions.
The Top Bar
- Search (press Ctrl+K, or Cmd+K on a Mac): find any lead, customer or contact by name, company, email or phone.
- Bell: your notifications.
- Sun / moon: switch between light and dark mode.
- Question mark: opens this Help Centre in a new tab.
- Your avatar: Settings, Call settings, Help Centre, Theme and Log out, plus the Available for calls switch.
Meet Ava
Ava is the AI assistant built into the CRM. Open her panel from her card at the bottom of the left menu. Ask about your leads, pipeline, inbox and day, or how to do something in the CRM. See Getting Answers from Ava.
How Records Flow
- Pre-Lead: a raw contact that hasn't been checked yet.
- Lead: a contact you're actively selling to.
- Customer: a lead that has converted.
