Signing In and Two-Factor Authentication
Signing in, two-factor codes and recovery codes.
Signing In
Enter your Email and Password and click Sign In.
If two-factor authentication (2FA) is on, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and click Verify. No phone? Click Use a Recovery Code.
Setting Up 2FA
2FA is always required for admins. Your company can also require it for everyone, in which case you set it up at sign-in:
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy). Can't scan? Type the key shown.
- Enter the 6-Digit Code and click Turn On Two-Factor Authentication.
- Save your 10 recovery codes (Copy or Download). They won't be shown again.
To turn 2FA on yourself, go to Settings > Security and click Turn On.
Recovery Codes
Each code works once. Get a fresh set from Settings > Security > New Recovery Codes.
One Device at a Time
You can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs you out here. Changing your password or email, or turning 2FA on or off, also signs you out on other devices.
Code Not Working?
- Check your phone's clock is set automatically. Codes depend on the time.
- After 5 wrong codes, or if the step takes too long, sign in again from the start.
