Importing Leads and Customers

Leads > Import opens Lead Generation > Import:

1. Click Download a CSV Template (optional), then upload one .xlsx or .csv file (up to 10,000 rows and 10 MB).
2. Map the Columns: choose what each column is, or Don't import. Map at least a company name or a contact.
3. Click Import.
4. Check the summary (staged, duplicates removed, possible duplicates, rows with errors), then Review in Staging.

Imported leads go to Staging Review first, so you can approve them and handle duplicates.

Customers > Import takes an Excel file (.xlsx, up to 10 MB):

1. Download Excel Template and fill it in. Every row needs a customer name.
2. Choose your file, or drag it in.
3. Click Import Customers.

Rows with problems are skipped and listed for review; valid rows still import.
